A Project by Interior Designer Delphine Bouvet
With the mezzanine net as the centerpiece, interior designer Delphine Bouvet recently embarked on the professional project of redecorating a child’s room, showcasing her innovative approach and keen attention to detail. The custom mezzanine is skillfully crafted from wooden beams and metal tubes to support our mezzanine net.
The black net, with 30mm meshes and a 10mm diameter tension rope, creates a unique and airy hammock space that stands out against a stunning space-themed mural. This artistic backdrop gives the impression of floating in space while lying on the net, making the room both fun and visually striking.
A remarkable aspect of this project is the seamless transition of the net from a horizontal chill-out zone to a vertical safety barrier and backrest. This edgeless design ensures both safety and comfort, creating a perfect balance between style and functionality.
